One setup fee, set by POTRAZ — not by us
POTRAZ licenses every data controller into one of four tiers, based on how many data subjects you hold — under the Second Schedule to SI 155 of 2024. That tier, not your compliance plan, sets your one-time registration fee. It's the same whether you're on Starter or Enterprise.
